1 General Terms

By accessing ux45, using its services, or opening an account, you confirm that you have fully read and understood these terms and conditions (the "Agreement") and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

  • Age Restriction: ux45 is accessible to players aged 21+ only. Anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited from registering an account, playing, or making deposits.
  • Geographic Restriction: This service is intended for the Myanmar market. Access from locations where online gambling is prohibited by law is blocked.
  • Language: This agreement is written in Myanmar language, and the Myanmar version is the authoritative version.

2 User Account

You must have an account to enjoy the full range of services at ux45. When creating an account, you must respect both the code of conduct and the applicable rules.

2.1 Account Registration

  • Each person may only register one account. If a second account is opened using the same phone number, payment method, or IP address, it may be closed.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

ux45's financial policies are clearly set out here. Anyone who intends to deposit or withdraw funds must understand these terms in advance.

3.1 Deposits

  • Minimum deposit amount: For KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfer — any method starts from 5,000 Ks.
  • Deposits are processed in Myanmar Kyat (Ks) only.
  • Deposits must be made using your own payment method. Deposits from a third party's account are not allowed.
  • ux45 does not charge a fee for deposits, but fees may vary depending on your payment provider.

3.2 Withdrawals

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: 20,000 Ks.
  • Withdrawal processing time: After the request is received and verified, withdrawals are normally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours (Myanmar Standard Time).
  • By default, withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the deposit.
  • Winnings from bonuses can only be withdrawn once the wagering requirement has been met.
  • You agree that if a withdrawal is under review due to suspicious activity, processing may take longer.

4 Bonuses and Promotions

Bonuses and promotions are available from ux45. Any bonus can only be withdrawn once both the general terms stated here and the specific terms of that bonus have been met.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

  • On your first deposit, you will receive a 100% bonus of up to 300,000 Ks.
  • Wagering Requirement: The bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
Example calculation (1): If you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a 20,000 Ks bonus, giving you a total balance of 40,000 Ks. To withdraw bonus winnings, you must wager 20,000 Ks × 25 = 500,000 Ks.

Example calculation (2): If you deposit 620,000 Ks, the bonus is capped at 300,000 Ks, giving you a total balance of 920,000 Ks. To withdraw bonus winnings, you must wager 300,000 Ks × 25 = 7,500,000 Ks.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

  • Football, slots, casino, and crash games may all count towards meeting a bonus wagering requirement, but the game contribution rate may vary. Contact ux45 support for details.
  • If ux45 determines that a player is attempting to meet a wagering requirement through a single large bet, the bonus may be forfeited.
  • ux45 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus at any time without prior notice.

5 Game Rules

On the ux45 platform, you can play football sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, Sic Bo, and more. Players must fully understand the rules of the game they are playing before they start.

  • ux45's Random Number Generator (RNG) guarantees that all games are operated fairly.
  • Betting decisions and results are calculated based on data recorded in the ux45 system and are final (unless there is a technical error).

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ux45. Violations may result in account termination, funds being seized, and legal action.

  • Using tools (bots, scripts, automated software) to claim bonuses without genuine participation
  • Collusion (players working together to cheat) and money laundering through gameplay are prohibited
  • Using the ux45 service for arbitrage betting to gain a long-term advantage over the house
  • Exploiting platform vulnerabilities (System Exploitation)
  • Continuing to play after receiving funds from erroneous payouts without notifying ux45
  • Providing false information during registration or violating the player eligibility requirements

7 Account Suspension and Termination

ux45 reserves the right to suspend or close any account with a reasonable stated reason. The cases listed here are examples and are not limited to those mentioned.

  • When a breach of this agreement occurs
  • When investigating a privacy violation or fraud
  • When a player requests self-exclusion as part of Responsible Gaming
